NDC Manifesto Launch: Supporters unperturbed about heavy rain
The manifesto launch of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) is being threatened by heavy rain this morning Saturday 17th September 2016.
But supporters and sympathizers of the party look unperturbed about the heavy downpour. The ran round the park entertaining themselves in the anticipation that the rain stop for the programme to start.
