Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo Declared President Elect Of Ghana

The chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Charlotte Osei has declared the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as President elect of Ghana in the December 7th general elections. Joy FM, an Accra-based Radio station has projected victory for New Patriotic Party’s Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in Ghana’s December 7 Presidential elections. Proceed with voting in Jaman North – EC orders

The Electoral Commission has quashed a decision by political parties to postpone voting in the Jaman North constituency in the Brong Ahafo Region. Representatives of the various political parties and stakeholders in the area agreed to postpone the exercise to Thursday following a  disagreement over the voter transfer list which the National Democratic Congress (NDC) claimed was bloated by over 30 names.
